You would need a demolition, the house may have had a lot of old flooring stacked on top of each other. I'd recommend a demolition. Sometimes you could adjust the doors or shave them. It would depend on what route the homeowner would like to take.
What about moldings?
The molding is the final touch to the flooring. you could go with shoe molding or quarter round to finish
Will installers have to move my water heater?
We do not touch water heaters.
What if the sub-flooring is damaged?
We can repair the subfloor with plywood, support beams and finish it with plani-patch to level the floor.
Do I have to remove my old carpet?
No, we can provide the demolition to anything that needs to be taken up.
Do I need to supply anything?
We provide the installation. it's easier for us to go and do the install. A lot of places provide quality flooring. For whatever case you need flooring we can get it as well.
How do I pick my floors?
That's all up to the homeowners preference.
Do you supply the material?
You could. It would make it easier if the material is there and acclimated for 24-48 hours .

No. I have a busy schedule so it would be hard to keep up with payments. I'd appreciate everything in full.

It all depends on you. you can get quality material or cheap material. It can cost from a couple of hundreds to thousands. Also would depend on the square footage.
